We primarily serve SMEs in Hong Kong across retail, finance, healthcare, education, logistics, and NGOs. We understand SME resource constraints and offer flexible plans for enterprise-grade IT support at reasonable costs.
We offer three main plans: Basic Plan (1–10 staff), Business Plan (11–50 staff), and Enterprise Plan (50+ staff). Each plan includes different support hours, response times, and services, with the flexibility to upgrade at any time.
We offer monthly and annual plans. Monthly plans require no long-term commitment; annual plans offer better pricing. We also provide one-off ad-hoc support for occasional needs.
Enterprise Plan clients: within 30 minutes. Business Plan clients: within 2 hours. Basic Plan clients: within 4 hours. Our team provides both remote and on-site support to restore operations as quickly as possible.
Standard support: Monday–Friday 9am–6pm. Enterprise Plan clients enjoy VIP emergency support. Outside office hours, contact our VIP hotline for an on-call engineer.
We employ a multi-layered security strategy including firewall and endpoint protection, regular security vulnerability scans, employee security awareness training, encrypted data transmission, regular backups, and disaster recovery plans. We also assist clients in complying with PDPO requirements.
